Zigzag Supplier Code of Conduct

Our Approach

At Zigzag, we’re proud to partner with carefully selected suppliers who share our commitment to improving pup happiness and making a positive impact on the world. We work together to deliver services ethically and sustainably, while striving to minimise our environmental footprint.

As a certified B Corp, Zigzag is values-driven. We measure success not just by financial outcomes but also by our positive impact on people, pups, communities, and the planet. We believe in building trusted, long-term partnerships that reflect our shared responsibility for ethical, social, and environmental progress.

Suppliers are responsible for meeting the standards in this Code and for complying with all relevant laws and regulations in the countries where they operate.

We expect our suppliers to:

  • Support and respect internationally recognised human rights.
  • Comply with the Modern Slavery Act (if operating in the UK) and similar laws globally.

  • Provide equality of opportunity and fair treatment in all employment matters.
  • Act without discrimination of any kind.
  • Maintain an up-to-date ethical code of conduct.

We expect our suppliers to:

  • Ensure all employees are paid fairly and legally.
  • Provide safe and healthy workplaces.
  • Respect reasonable working hours, rest periods, and fair breaks.
  • Ensure employment of young people complies with international standards and local laws.
  • Respect the dignity, wellbeing, and rights of all employees.

Environmental Responsibility

As part of our B Corp values, we expect suppliers to:

  • Comply with environmental laws and regulations.
  • Where possible, actively work to reduce environmental impact, including carbon emissions, waste, and resource use.
  • Demonstrate ongoing commitment to sustainability and responsible practices.

Anti-Corruption

Zigzag is committed to fairness and transparency. We expect our suppliers to:

  • Reject bribery, fraud, and corruption in all forms.
  • Ensure gifts or hospitality are reasonable, transparent, and not intended to influence decision-making.
