Terms & Conditions

  1. The offer is subject to Zigzag Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  2. The Promoter is: Petcare Services Ltd company no. 13746216 whose registered office is 123 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 9SH, United Kingdom.
  3. The Promotion starts at 00:01 GMT on 09 December 2022 (“Starting Date”) and ends at 23:59 BST on 31 March 2023 (“Closing Date”). To be eligible to benefit from the Promotion, you must purchase a Policy before 23:59 on 31 March 2023 (“Closing Date”). All Policies purchased after the Closing Date shall not qualify for the Promotion.
  4. The Promotion is for a one year free subscription to the Zigzag Puppy Training app (the “Promotion”) which will only be available if you buy a new ManyPets dog insurance policy (“Policy”) directly from the www.pets4homes.co.uk website or email, within the period between the Starting Date & the Closing Date, and if your Policy remains active for 15 days after the date the policy starts.
  5. You must redeem your subscription by 23:59 BST 31 May 2023. After this date you will not be able to benefit from the one year free subscription.
  6. If you cease to be a ManyPets policyholder, your access to the Zigzag Puppy Training App  will be removed as this offer is exclusive to ManyPets policyholders who redeem the Expert Pet Parent Package.
  7. This Promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  8. Zigzag Puppy Training App access is given to 1 pet per policy.
  9.  In order to redeem the Promotion customers will visit Apple App Store or Google Play Store on their mobile device, download the ‘Zigzag Puppy Training’ mobile app, and set up an account with Zigzag using the same email address as registered on the ManyPets policy bought via the Expert Pet Parent Package.
  10. Zigzag reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
  11. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
  12. There is no entry fee for entering into the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  13. The Promotion is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promotion is not transferable.
  14. Zigzag’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
  15. Any personal data relating to the Promotion will be used in accordance with applicable  data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to Zigzag’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
  16. In accepting and redeeming the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Promotion.
