In the event that Zigzag, or its assets are acquired by or merged with another company, we may share all categories of information as part of that transaction.     • Third Party Sites and Content

    We may link to third-party sites or apps. Our sites may also include third party content that collects information. They may collect information using passive tracking tools. We do not control these third parties. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of these third-party websites or apps. Please read the privacy policies of other websites carefully.     We Combine Information

    We combine information about you that we have collected offline with information we collect online. We combine information across devices. This includes computers and mobile devices. We combine information about you we get from different sources. This includes combining information we get from another company with information we already have.

    Your Choices and Rights

  • You can opt out of marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails follow the instructions in any promotional email you get from us. If you opt out of marketing emails, you will still get transactional emails. These include emails about your relationship with us or about your account.

  • Access and Portability. You may request, up to two times each year, that we tell you the personal information that we collect, use, and disclose about you. In response to a verified request, we will provide (1) the categories and specific pieces of personal data that we have collected, (2) the categories of sources from which that data is collected, (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, (4) the categories of third parties with whom we shared that data, and (5) the business or commercial purpose for sharing that data.

  • Delete. You may request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from or about you. Note that there are some reasons we will not be able to fully address your request, such as if We need to complete a transaction for you, to detect and protect against fraudulent and illegal activity, to exercise our rights, to use the data for solely internal purposes, or to comply with a legal obligation.

  • Correction. You may request that we fix or update information you have provided to us.

    We will ask you to give us information you provided when you registered with us to verify your identity. If you are submitting on someone else’s behalf, we may ask for additional verification. This may include providing a signed letter verifying your right to make this request. We will not discriminate against you because you have exercised any of these rights.

  • Notice of Right to Opt-out of Sale/Sharing: Under California law we are required to tell you if we "sell" information including information of Californians under 16. While we do not believe we engage in “selling” information, it is possible that our cross-contextual behavioral advertising activities may be viewed as selling under California law. You can opt out of this activity by setting your preferences in our Cookie & Ad Settings page and following the instructions to turn off cross-contextual behavioral advertising. We do not sell information of Californians under 16. Some browsers or browser extensions also allow you to tell websites not to share your information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising through the “global privacy control” or equivalent signal. We will respond to this kind of signal in a frictionless manner.     Nevada residents rights. We have disclosure obligations in Nevada. We do not exchange Nevada residents’ personal information for money. Nevada residents may opt out of the future sale of their information to a third party by contacting us as described at the end of this policy.

    • These Sites and Apps are not Intended for Children

    The sites and apps where this Policy appears are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child has given us information, you can write to us or email us at the addresses provided at the end of this policy.     We use reasonable security measures as required by law. The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites and apps will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution, and not to share or reuse passwords.
